Rating: 5 of 5 Stars!A brief overview of the Hatfield sas20 thoughts and a few tips I've learned from owning one.Well I went a tried out my new $200 Hatfield shotgun from Walmart. It is the 12 gauge semi auto. I was limited on ammo as to what I could find. I started out shooting federal 2 3/4" #8 shot with a modified choke. It shot great but wouldn't cycle. I read up on their website and apparently is has to shoot at least 1200 fps to cycle. Hatfield semi-automatic shotguns can reliably cycle most 2-3/4 inches and 3 inches magnum shotgun shells. However, not all shotgun shells are made the same and only new factory ammunition of a recognized quality brand should be used to insure proper cycling. Safety switch: Never rely on the safety switch. I choose to purchase a new Stoeger #M3000 black on black semi-auto 12 ga. shot gun because of the reputation from big brother Benelli. They use the identical drive system; (the heart of the shotgun), in the M3000. I took it to a charity sporting clays event this past weekend and 3 of the 5 guest shooters on my team shot my new Stoeger.
