Failed EOR in PA School. Hey all, I'm getting really unmotivated by studying for EORs. I just had my first Family Med EOR and scored a 373. Passing for my school is a 375, so unfortunately they are counting this as a failure. I'm struggling with the higher percentage things (Cardio, GI, etc.). Prior to the EOR I was getting in the 70s on ROSH.Edit: like I said I always scored the average or a couple points below the average on the EOR exams. I just got my passing results from PANCE today. So if you’re passing those exams you should be in the clear. 84, 69, 86, 88, 76; the tests seem like a crapshoot sometimes. I took the PANCE in May of this year. My EOR scores ranged from 80-97% and I passed the PANCE very easily. Technically my PANCE score percentage-wise was higher than half of my EORs. If you were getting higher than 70% on your EORs then I wouldn't worry at all. Took it a couple weeks ago. My EOR grades avg about 85-88. Different programs have different standards for passing. Some use 75% on EORs, some use 80%. Some use 2 standard deviations below average, some use 1.5. Some don't use PAEA EOR, but their own exams. In my program, if a student fails an EOR, they are given an opportunity to retake.Every actual PAEA EOR I’ve taken (5 so far), I’ve scored 88-96%. Rosh is much harder. I would take the Rosh EOR exams and then every other rotation-specific question they had, minus IM which would basically be every question lol.
