A search for First layer expansion will take you to the Support Material panel of Print Settings, and be the 6th item down from the top:Its either on or off. There are parameters of course like the minimum travel after retraction, retract on layer change etc but nothing relating to specific feature types. For removable support, I set Print Settings->Support material->Options for support material and raft->Contact Z distance to 0.25mm. PETG is much harder to work with than PLA for removable supports, so my general advice is "avoid the need for supports". My notes and disclaimers on 3D printing.
