Unreliable company. Bought a blendjet 2 years ago, had to wait 2 months for it to arrive. There was a recall on the product and they had the customers destroy the blender to get a new one. It's been 4 months and they do not respond to emails or send the replacement. Absolutely unacceptable behavior for a company.
