I have just started using the BT email app. I tried to forward on an email to another btinternet.com user in my household and the email didn’t send and got stuck in an outbox - screenshot below (not sent box). Every time I try to click on the outbox the app closes. I’ve logged on to my email on bt.com but no sign of the outbox.Then, when I finally send the message it gets stuck in Outbox. Either I have to reboot, or I have to Terminate the app (in advanced settings for Mail). What I just tried was in the advanced settings (Settings -> Apps -> Mail then click 3 dots, then Advanced Options.)
