Someone is kinda finished playing commander and was looking to sell the four decks together for $170 dollars. The only negative being the secondary market is heavily marking these decks up. My local LGS sells these for $80, which is too much for a single precon magic deck, in my opinion. Managed to pre order a case of all four decks for $220 from my LGS. You should absolutely expect further waves of printing, WotC said from the beginning that these are not intended to be a limited print run product, and that they'll be sold everywhere that normal Commander precon decks are sold; stuff that stocks the shelves of big box stores gets further print waves, when there's this level of demand for it.

Precons without any changes are about a 4-5. They have a theme and focus but have budget lands, a few odd inclusions, and no game-ending combos. They work but are ok. Precons are a level 1. Any deck built from scratch is way better unless you have no clue what you're doing and just add almost random cards within your colors.
