I've seen a few threads on this issue but nothing listed in them has solved anything. For around two weeks my modem has constantly dropped downstream connection off and on. I have contacted my ISP, Xfinity, multiple times on the issue. I have SL here. Always have been good and fair over the years. Little problems. When i got my CM2000, had zero problems getting it connected. Though this ISP is only at 1Gb. Was told if and when they can get ride of TV services, speeds would be seen past 1Gb. But 1Gb has been good for me.Back in January 2022 we moved to a new home and I upgraded to a Nighthawk CM2000-100NAS connected to an Orbi AX6000 using Xfinity internet (270 mbps) and had very few problems. Recently we upgraded to their 600 mbps (confirmed on their website) but my in-Orbi app internet speeds still show it unchanged at 270+.2.
