When I try to close the passenger side window by lifting the power switch, it goes all the way up then bounces back to halfway shut (or open - take your pick). It won't move up again until I move it down after which i can incrementally move it up until it closes.

When I press the auto-up button they go up and then about 1 cm from the top they both come back to about half open. The auto-up button is pretty much worthless on the passenger side. After the dealer reset failed to correct the window bounce, the service writer just use a screwdriver to clean out gunk in the window's upper channel. Problem solved! The bounce was just caused by gunk blocking full closure.
