Crack open the line from the filters at the injection pump. You should get a good gravity flow of fuel there unless your tractor has a lift pump. The original part number for the vacuum advance tube was C5NE12226C, but it is no longer available. It is simply a piece of 3/16" O.D tubing bent to go from the manifold to the distributor.
