I actually had the same problem with the My time app too. I talked to HR and they just said to go based off the printed schedule. Sometimes there's even signs on the printed schedule that say something like, "only refer to printed schedule not the My time app" Even though they encouraged us to use the app at my store, they can't really force us to use it.
