It allows you to have 7 instead of 3 or 5. Yes this is true, you can store all 7 of your saved outfits on it. Very nice. Also only needs to be purchased on one saddle. If your horse dies and you call your backup, who does not have collector saddlebag equipped, you still can swap through all 7 outfits!

Well that sucks. I still find that removing/dropping the saddle in camp puts the saddle next to my wagon in a very awkward location. I haven’t had any issues being able to retrieve it lately. Looks like stables are the fix for now. Wish my technique would’ve proven more fruitful.
