Shige's Saimin Stand offers simple food but does it really REALLY well. Although it sounds a little odd, a cheeseburger is what most people get with their saimin. It's because they're just so good. The saimin is nice and light, while the cheeseburgers are a little greasy. I changed things up a bit and tried a tuna melt this time too.
