This was done in offline mode with "as online" settings. Equipped char with a aps pistol and thats it. The results are contray to Vox_E's experiment, at least where pistols are concerned. This was done on a fresh restart of the game as well to negate the stated bug where tagged status may carry over as noted in Vox_E's video. 2.

As far as cursed guns go - each weapon has slots for different attachments, and those attachments have slots for other attachment (eg handguards have rails). Pick a gun, start buying attachments to put on it, and have fun. There are a couple of mods that will allow you to put any attachment into any slot. Would recommend for a good time.
