I've chcked the neutral switch, gears, control valves, PTO lift lever, I turned the swich on I can hear a click noise on the starter motor, but no spin on the engine, however I can not turn the engine either. I put new heavy duty battery recharged to 14.6 volt and I only have a slight movement on the engine fan. .
