So, my 22" Toro Recycler mower, model # 20334, has lost power to one wheel, the left side. This thing is rear wheel drive; if I lift the mower off the rear wheels, and engage the throttle, both wheels still spin. Sharp blades help greatly, the high lift blades did not. When I checked the RPM on ours they were both already at 3500rpm, and thats about max for small engines.I changed the oil on my toro, put it down on wheels and started it, ran for about 15 seconds. Turned it back over and removed blades to sharpen, mower was set back on wheels as I did blades. Removed and cleaned plug and installed blades. When I tried to start it this time pull rope just stopped and would not pull. I removed recoil and plug.

I had it tested the other day and it tested fine. I have replaced the solenoid today. I have also checked continuity for the 2 switches on the levers and the seat sensor. All of those check out.
