To answer your question, I believe peptides like BPC, semax, etc should always be refrigerated. Matter of fact im pretty sure they break down quite fast if left out. Only take it out during use of course. I've always refrigerated reconstituted peptides. The one exception is MT2, which seems to be near indestructible.
