It is the RXOM’s job to enforce workflow. If the techs and the RPH’s are behind, the RXOM is the one who’s going to take the heat when the metrics drop because that’s their job description. So in my opinion, the RXOM has every right to speak up if workflow is behind or not being followed properly. But it’s all in how it’s being said.
