I had a subscription to Peacock Premium which ended the same day (cancelled the same day as I clicked on the offer). I did not receive an email yesterday so I clicked on the hyperlink to activate service and received the same message as the ... However, I can not activate the offer. I first used a peacock account linked to my comcast email address, I got the message banner "We were unable to link Peacock to your account, You may already have Peacock Premium". I checked the account settings and Premium is not active, and has not been since Xfinity stopped offering it for free.
